Are you paying your craft people right? Are you treating them right? Would they leave you to work for less than a dollar and hour more somewhere else? It's a pretty small amount but your best craft professionals may be happy working with you but will jump to make $40 a week more. That amount may seem trivial and if it does, maybe you should give your best craft people a $1 an hour raise to keep them happy and productive with you.
