Noob

Up to this point, most words and terms have been geared towards the newer builder. This one's for any of my builder buddies who are around 35 or older. A noob is basically a newbie. Used pretty extensively in the online gaming world, it has made a crossover into the general population and use. I actually learned about this from an overly proud (mid 45's) coworker. He overused noob the week after his kid took to calling him it when he messed stuff up around the house. In attempt to speak the language of the next generation of builders we might consider using noob with younger professionals. Superintendents and grizzled old PM's can call young engineers and foremen noob in lieu of a variety of other choice words.
