The Construction Research Congress (CRC) is fast approaching. If you're buried deep in a trailer, you might not know what this is. The CRC is the preeminent academic and research sharing event for construction. It is held every two years at rotating university sponsored locations. This year it is being held at Arizona State University from March 8th to March 10th. Research and presentations are primarily done by researchers working full time in academia but industry is getting more involved as evidenced by the sponsors listed on the home page: Sundt, Kiewit, InEight (just Kiewit but a different subsidiary that offers PM software), Okland, Core, McCarthy and Penta Building Group. If you are interested in attending but haven't registered, late registration is still available.
