Check out this article that discusses robotics and AI in construction. It focuses largely on Build Robotics but the discussion on both the technical and soft (people) aspects of using robots in construction is interesting. People are kind of scared of robotics in general and are worried they might take their jobs. Interestingly, Built Robotics recently signed a training partnership with the International Union of Operating Engineers to develop and prepare technology and people for more complete use eventually.
