Late to the Tik Tok fad, construction pros still aren't really very excited about the whole choreographed dance fad. Annoyed, and a little jealous, that nurses have been stealing the Tik Tok show, several construction pros have been practicing with their kids at home and asking young engineers to take charge of jobsite Tik Toking. Progress has been slow. The experienced pros don't like following the direction of young engineers. Because most construction is essential, construction pros have a full plate that doesn't allow for elaborate and time consuming Tik Tok productions. Safety managers have also nixed anything fun or awful before it started or made everyone delete any video from the jobsite to prevent safety infractions from occurring or being openly shared on the world wide web.
Surprisingly, kids of construction pros have been pretty receptive of practicing Tik Tok with their "old," "uncool" and uncoordinated parents. That being said very few, if any, jobsite or trailer based Tik Toks have seen the light of day.
