Think you're a smart or great leader? Curious if your boss is a bad leader? Watch out for these phrases and questions that indicate poor leadership:

1. I should have.

2. You should have. Why didn’t you?

3. What can we do about that?

4. It’s simple.

5. It’s easy.

6. I don’t care.

7. Whatever.

8. Don’t you agree?

9. Failure is not an option.

11. I didn’t mean to.

12. Nice job.
