Character is Everything

Cicero is right. The same applies to companies and project teams. Individuals of weak character build weak teams and companies.

And another Cicero quote that has quite a bit to do with character for good measure:

"It is the peculiar quality of a fool to perceive the faults others of and to forget his own."
