I'm married to a medical technologist (they run the tests that tell doctors what illness you may or may not have) but I am definitely not a COVID-19 expert. Like many people, I am reading and hearing lots of different guidance, recommendations and direction from all kinds of professionals and information sources. It can be confusing and a bit conflicting. Personally, I try to use a little common sense and focus on what I can do to protect myself and be a part of the solution. Basically, I am going to work but not much else. Since late last week, I've only gone to stores for food and to pick up regular prescriptions. I am taking a bit of extra precaution to wash my hands and keep them away from my face. My family does leave the house together but only to go to a non-crowded park to burn off some of the housebound energy and craziness my kids build up throughout the day.
