Don't Wait to Speak, Actually Listen

My kids are still learning this. It's all they can do to wait their turn to talk at dinner. It's good they're excited to talk but hopefully they'll grow up a bit and really listen when others are talking. There's a few of us adults that could benefit a bit from listening more instead of just waiting to talk about ourselves or our opinions. It's hard to understand and communicate with others if we don't listen so hopefully us adults all figure it out.
