Most of us working in our industry know that things are going well. There's lots of project out there and competition for trade and management pros is fierce right now. Anecdotally, we know our industry leaders are confident in continued work and growth. There is more work to chase than most firms can actually pursue. We get to be a bit selective with our work choice and selection right now. If the client, designer, subs, internal project team, etc. aren't top notch or near ideal, we can pass and look at more ideal projects. The most recent ABC Construction Confidence Index was released last week and it provides survey and data backed conclusions that fall in line with the general feelings and sentiment of the average industry pro.
