I'm not knocking delegation because when it's done right teams can do amazing things but we've all known or had a boss that was so busy delegating that they never actually did any work. We'd be better off with them retiring on the job. At least they'd be out of the way then. If not every now and then they should roll up their sleeves like a good leader and get to work with their team.
