We can't fix a broken system with a new tool (or technology) or a piece of equipment. Discussions on how to improve productivity in our industry are never ending. We keep trying new tools and even new processes with little success. Even if a new process (used like a tool) is intended to better manage resources, it can't substitute for truly better leadership and management. Improving our people is where it's at. Build our people build a better world.
