Do you know your numbers? You should. No matter what your role in our industry, there are numbers that are indicative of you and your team's performance.
Pearson's Law says: That which is measured improves. That which is measured and reported improves exponentially.
The exponential part could be debated but I think that most of us can agree that we gotta know where we stand to either keep going at the same path and trajectory or adjust course to improve our project or company.
