Sun Tzu is pretty smart. When we win, we should win right. Help the person or team on the other side of the table look good when settling negotiations that we win. Give them a small win and/or help them look good on the way out. The less people feel like they lost, the more likely they are to be ok "losing." Help them look good losing and you will win more.
