Dictionary.com defines a luddite as someone who is opposed or resistant to new technologies or technological change. Painting with broad brush strokes here but in construction, luddites are pretty much anyone outside of tech firm employees, construction company IT and VDC departments and a few aspiring #ConTech geeks. To better understand the innovation curve in construction, reference the modified curve below. You will notice that everyone outside of the "innovative" 5% are some type of luddite.
