Meetings ≠ Progress

Meetings ≠ progress - at least not all of the time. A really good meeting can be super productive. That being said, (broad generalization warning) if someone enjoys meetings, they might not be great at getting stuff done. As such, people who enjoy meetings and spend too much of their day in one, might not be the best option for being in charge of something. When you come across the rare meeting unicorn that is double, or even triple, booked on meetings you should run.
