This article made me laugh a bit. It's essentially an in depth flow chart to determine if you should have a meeting. One of the first options if you didn't know enough about a topic or discussion was to have a 20 to 50 minute long Zoom (not a meeting) call. After that, there were quite a few different yes/no questions to cycle through to figure out if a meeting is the best route moving forward.
