Performance > Experience > Education

One thing I love about construction is the interaction and blending of blue and white collared construction pros. Even if project leaders have a nicer collar, they usually have dirty boots just like everyone sweating it out on site all day. In our industry, your formal education often matters less than your actual performance. In fact, education without experience isn't usually worth much among construction pros. There is value in all roles on a jobsite. The combination of each person's experience and education creates their unique value. It's our job to find the right people for the right role to maximize their abilities when building a project. The more all construction pros respect each other and work together, the more we'll win at work and build a better world.
