Skender is Modular Builder of the Year

Modular building is growing and Skender is one of the leaders. Recently, its efforts and accomplishments were recognized by being awarded Modular Builder of the Year (https://www.constructiondive.com/news/modular-builder-skender-construction-dive-awards/566263/). While still ealry in its development and adoption, interest in modular building is growing. Skender was a traditional builder for a generation and has now put all but put all of its eggs in the modular building basket. Modular has yet to scale to large facilities and diverse industry disciplines yet but Skender appears to be uniquely positioned to capitalize, profit and build a better world when it does.
