Recently, a Stonehenge construction technique was revealed via a photo shared by site historians. The builders used a mortise and tenon joint. Protruding tenons can be seen in photos which were inserted into hollowed out mortises on the bottom of other stones. The rocks look like giant and weather Lego blocks.
