We Get What We Pay For


We get what we pay for. If we pay our people peanuts, we can expect a similar performance and loyalty. If we pay subs and vendors peanuts, we can expect slow and delayed performance that has a high chance of being plagued by safety and quality issues. Pay people and companies like they are valued and they will almost always deliver high value and quality services and work.
